A non-refundable deposit with an additional 3% service charge is required to secure every Slay Experience. Deposit payments go towards the client's full service price.

After booking your appointment, please read over the confirmation email in its entirety. Confirmation emails contain important information regarding your appointment such as the address, preparation instructions, arrival directions, etc.
Due to limited space in the studio, there will be no extra guests allowed. This means no children unless being serviced. Only mothers of princesses (12 years or under) are allowed entry.
Clients may reschedule their Slay Experience using the same deposit one time after booking their original appointment. If the client must reschedule a second time, they must make a new deposit to secure their appointment.
If your Slay Experience must be cancelled, please do so 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in an automatic late cancellation fee of 50% of your remaining balance.
No shows will be charged 100% of their remaining balance and will be prohibited from booking future appointments.
Listed prices are starting prices for services. Please be aware that there is a possibility that the service price may increase depending on your hair type and hair care needs.
Every client is granted a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied.
Clients must have entered the studio within the 10 minute grace period to avoid a late fee being applied.
After 15 minutes, the appointment will automatically be cancelled and the client will need to reschedule their Slay Experience as well as pay the late cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance.
Please note that the above policy is for clients who have communicated their reason for tardiness. No shows will be responsible for paying 100% of their remaining balance.
Remaining balances for all services must be paid in Cash OR Card.
